As the year winds down, we at?We Crush Events?are preparing for a well-deserved two weeks of rest and rejuvenation. We’ve learned that meaningful rest is essential for fostering significant growth. One of the unique privileges of operating profitably without investors is the freedom to prioritize what truly aligns with the highest good for our company, our team, and our vision. One of the most precious lessons I’ve embraced is this simple truth:?“Rest is productive.” It’s not just a pause; it’s a powerful tool for clarity, renewal, and inspiration. This growth journey has also taught me to quiet the fear-based noise that often arises from emotional dysregulation (and yes, that includes overcoming FOMO!). By recognizing and working through those moments, I’ve found a way to move into a space of clarity and inspired confidence—where decisions come from purpose and intention.
