As you will discover along this journey, I prided myself on meeting my goals with Bentley Mills and maintained exceptional relationships with my internal sales and operations team. I was recognized for being extremely detail oriented and for loving my trade/profession and the clients that I worked with in the SoVA Territory. Bentley Mills is a highly respected carpet manufacturer based in California unlike Mohawk Industries who is engaged in some of the most salacious lawsuits in this nation (see Mohawk's Investor Relations page for SEC Filings). So, that being said, it begs the question, what was so different with my role as a business development specialist at Dal-tile/Mohawk Industries that necessitated the corporate sabotaging of my career? More importantly, who were all of the people involved in the orchestration of this subterfuge? Yeah, it's pretty incredible but isn't a tenured business development specialist someone who is wired to notice what isn't quite right and then figure out the solutions to restore balance?
