No one working a full-time should also have to work a second job. Period. When employees aren't making a living wage, it's because we either can't afford to have that employee or we're taking more than our fair share. If we can't afford that employee (or any employee), we need to do the work to figure out how to afford the employee. If we're taking more than our fair share, we're using the employee. Neither choice involves treating the employee like a human being.
