It was inspiring to hear Nancy Brown CEO of the American Heart Association speak at #ces2025 about how the AHA is using technology to save more lives. Starting at 24:15, she highlights Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) – a program we’ve developed together with AHA and healthcare providers since 2018, through our joint venture, RQI Partners. RQI enables healthcare providers to maintain verified CPR competency as a service, directly in their clinical environment, helping improve outcomes and save lives. ?? Feedback Spotlight: GPnav in Action ?? Thrilled to share some amazing feedback from a practice that’s been using GPnav for the past two months: “GPnav is proving a really positive experience. It allows us to be confident that care navigation is consistent and reliable across our reception staff and helps us to optimise our use of other services—this gives patients the best outcomes and ensures that GP appointments are available to those who need them. Setting up workflows and symptoms is intuitive and simple, as is editing them when needed. The ability for reception staff to feedback where a particular symptom/problem isn’t found is particularly useful in prioritising development of new workflows. Response from the GPnav team where we have had questions or needed support has been quick and thorough, which we have really appreciated.” It’s incredibly rewarding to see how GPnav is making a real difference in patient care, improving efficiency, and supporting reception teams in their vital role.
