Phil Long -| Longevity Wines Phil Long, owner and winemaker of Longevity Wines in Livermore, California, proves that love is at the heart of great winemaking. What began as a garage passion project has grown into a boutique, family-owned winery known for high-quality wines. Inspired by the love between Long and his late wife, the brand’s signature heart-shaped logo reflects this deep connection. His Bordeaux-style cabernet sauvignon, with black cherry notes, soft tannins, and hints of vanilla and cocoa, pairs beautifully with beef.
