There is only one thing to say: we can plan and prioritise things, which can help us utilise time more efficiently. For example, if you plan to meditate every day. No fixed rule limits us by saying we must meditate for an hour. You can meditate for five minutes, which can pave the meditation habit in your life. It can improve focus and clarity to all other plans in your life. Here, I am sharing a minor meditation music, and you can also start by the following steps: 1. Breath Awareness which is the basis of meditation ,is taught by almost all the meditation schools .Making mind one pointed is an important step to dive deep into meditation. Breath awareness is one of the best ways of making the mind one pointed .Breath and mind are like twins .when the breath is disturbed the one pointed mind can not be achieved similarly when the mind is dissipated then the breath becomes jerky .Since the breath is grosser as compared to the mind ,it is easier to take care of the breath . Also the diaphragmatic breathing with all the good signs-nasal ,noiseless ,no jerks ,no pauses and 2:1 breath , is the foundation of the breath awareness
