This concept of the paper ceiling, which I like, I guess a little bit embarrassed to admit I hadn't heard about it. I just heard about the concrete ceiling to me about the paper. So the paper ceiling is this notion that that many people in the United this is this happened to be sort of specific to the US workforce. But I think actually it's, it's exaggerated. If you look more broadly at a global at the global workforce and it's a statistic around so I think 74, 000 people who are workforce eligible don't have bachelor's degrees. That's the, you know, the degree, that's the that's the paper ceiling. And so, you know, if you think about the the US workforces. Probably about 170,000 people, so good, not quite 50%, but whatever that percentage is 42%, something like that of of the eligible workforce doesn't have a bachelor's degree. And so then you sort of flip it around and say, OK, well, so now like that's the, the obviously the, the big broad problem statement. You have a lot of really skilled people. They just may not be skilled in a way that is sort of traditionally codified by an institution, but it doesn't mean that they don't have great capabilities that they can bring to bear. And so now you sort of look at the at the industry and you think. OK. Well, this is an industry that we're driving to expand sales forces expanding. We are hiring people, a lot of people, we're growing. And so, you know, as a as a hiring manager myself, one of the things I spend a lot of time thinking about in the company, spends a lot of time thinking about is, well, how do we open up those labor pools? Like how do we think about getting access to great talent that can do the role?
