Are there any patterns that you've spotted of things people have tried that seem to be working and maybe even just as valuable things that people are trying that don't seem as important to start with relative to other priorities? What we think about in terms of implementation of AI in BCG or with our clients is what we call the 10/20/70. So 10% is really about the algorithms, 20% is about the tech stack, and 70% is about the people and, and the change last year we surveyed a bunch of. See sweet executives about 700 and asked about their journey in terms of AI, 63% were disappointed in terms of the progress they were making. And what we found there were a lot of them were launching lots of use cases, 20 use cases, 30 use cases for use. And they weren't getting the result because it wasn't scalable, because they weren't getting the 70%, which is the people and the processes and the real change in the organization. So I love what you guys are saying, actually putting the tools in the hands of the people. And actually taking toil out of the work and putting more joy and effectiveness and efficiency. People will run to effectiveness, people will run to efficiency. But I think that that is the key to unlocking a AI is putting it into the hands of the people in the organization and and increasing efficiency, increasing effectiveness.
