Do you know what the fractional role is? One of the interesting trends I've been involved with for almost a decade now is the 'fractional' role of working with multiple clients and growing teams (+it earned me a mention from Harvard Business Review for some of my history.) Being someone who is seriously into the data side of #talentintelligence I've always found the shifting trends of fractional, interim, remote, hybrid, consulting, and full-time titles have undergone over the years. There are some pretty interesting industry and geographic trends that pushed fractional roles into high-gear as society exited the pandemic. Skip forward to 2024 and we have virtualized remote workers and artificial intelligence enabling fractional executives to deploy technology at scale (because we have the experience to know what the problems are and are not bogged down by laggard organizational issues.) Based on the data I'm looking at I suspect when we hit the end of 2025 year we will see at least a 2X growth of fractional executives again. #innovation
