Earlier this morning, I pitched DAOsign → ETHDenver to Foresight Ventures's Accelerator https://lnkd.in/dn8QaNqn . We made it to the interview round for the Ecosystem Grant selection and since I lately was focused mainly on building partnerships with blockchains, I was excited about this possibility as it is a bit outside my usual activities. The pitching session was top-notch, and being involved in similar activities in the past, I was impressed with the quality of preparation, timely and accurate questions, and the overall experience of interacting with the ForesightX team. I have to give a shoutout to my colleague Tetiana Riabova for being a fantastic support during the demo of our testnet.daosign.org to the jury. Teamwork makes the dream work ?? As I geared up for the pitch session, I listened to a "Pitching Best Practices Top10 Apple podcast" to get some inspiration. And suddenly, the first piece of advice I heard was to "focus on promoting your product and pitching to as many people as you can." I was taken aback. Shouldn't the emphasis be on the value of the product, its impact, and the overall strategy? I've always believed the "chicken or egg" question should start with WHY you build the product. It's about more than reaching a specific number of people; it's about connecting with the right ones and getting valuable feedback. Quality over quantity, right? Being backed by years of project management experience, I remember the importance of "individuals and interactions over processes and tools" from the Agile Manifesto. And a personal mantra: Regardless of what you choose to build/create/invent, believe in it, do your best, and remember to enjoy the process. At DAOsign → ETHDenver, we're on a mission to solve the very concrete problem of verifying sensitive information by implementing the new cryptographic signature standard. I believe that here, blockchain technology is used as it was initially intended. ?Are we the only ones looking to gain popularity and turn a profit? Definitely not. Do we have unique selling points? Absolutely. But what sets us apart is our attitude – we genuinely love what we do and relish sharing our work with others. Deep expertise and enjoying the process are the core values that bind us together and keep us going strong. A few details: at this early stage, we've already closed a deal with our first commercial client and signed grant contracts with Sui Foundation, Polkadot , Mintbase, and... more partnerships are yet to come ;).?
