In making this quilt, we’ll work on piecing skills to help you match those triangle points, work on block construction, then finish with some quilt assembly tips. Scrappy would be a great option for this quilt. Fabric requirements are listed as either half yards or fat quarters but, if you want to add even more variety, you could use fat eighths (9” x 21”) as well.

The Manzano Tactical Cold Standard is how we start most of our courses. We like to establish a baseline level of proficiency and use the day to build from there. Everyone who works at @manzanomunitions had to pass this drill to get hired on. We wanted guys who are dedicated in their training that we knew when they would offer advice to a customer, it wasn’t talking out of their ass but actual knowledge they have from their time behind a gun. Cold Standard: A Zone, has to be within time and clean. No redo/mulligans 1 Round, 5 Yards, 1.5 Seconds 5 Rounds, 5 Yards, 2.5 Seconds 5 Rounds, 10 Yards, 5 Seconds 3 Reload 3, 10 Yards, 7 Seconds 5 Rounds, 25 Yards, 7 Seconds 1 Round, 25 Yards, 2.5 Seconds You can print out A Zones on the website, ManzanoTactical.com and see if you can pass the same standards we hold our guys to.
