Here's my journey for the past 7 years: (2016)-Working retail (2016)-Sales Development Rep (2017)-Associate Solutions Consultant (2018)-Customer Sucess Associate (2019)-Sales Operations Associate (2020)-Revenue Operations Manager (2021)-Sales Operations Manager (2022-Present)-GTM Strategy & Planning Analyst Every year I had a new title and responsibilities. And I learned a ton from each role. Here's the real secret to being fulfilled in your career: -Try new things out. -Experiment. -Be curious. Those are the best ways to get rid of feeling lost. Some solid advice here on hiring sales associates!

It’s a home run for my client going from Account Executive to Sales Enablement Contract Signed ?? Transition Complete ? We started working together in February. She struggled with: - Not being aligned with the values of her current company. - Not wanting to do hands-on sales anymore. - Feeling stuck in sales as a high-achiever. But she still loved sales. She wanted a role where she could help others. Be involved in creating sales materials. But she couldn’t pinpoint a role. Told her: "What you are describing sounds a lot like Sales Enablement to me". After an insane start to the year and some crazy growth it is time to focus on getting that pipeline in. One huge strategy that I have always promoted and am pushing for harder than ever is moving away from prospecting automation. 1. Using a sequence as a base and minimum expectation of activity on an account 2. Build a clear ad hoc activity strategy using full multi channel and multi threading 3. Supporting the team in time management to get the most autonomy out of their week as possible 4. Strong efficient research using a BPP methodology (buisness, persona, personal- it’s my own dm me for more info ??) 5. Find the fun and do more of what you love Having so much fun doing this and can’t wait to see the results in not only meetings booked but sales skills built through the process.
