In 2021, thirty-eight million workers quit their jobs in the United States. Many workers switched jobs to leave low-paying industries. Millions more may have decided to remain on the sidelines instead of returning to the office. The reasons are no doubt many. The number of resignations is well above what it has been in the recent past and significantly more than what organizations have experienced historically. They are also the people who know best what they want and need to succeed. #organizationaldevelopment?#remotework?#humancapital?#digitaltransformation?#digitalculture?#peoplefirst?#culture?#innovation?#futureofwork?#b2bmarketing?#b2bsales #digitalorganization
