In A Country ????Plaqued By Infectious Diseases & Rising Burden Of Lifestyle Diseases, Never Forget Key Vulnerable Populations?? Money Is A Scarce Commodity In LMICs But We Have To Manage Somehow. Key Populations Act As "Litmus Tests" For The Entire Healthcare System. If Their Health Are No Good, Then The Entire Healthcare System Is No Good. We Have Universal Health Coverage (UHC) For The Majority Already. And It's Rollout To The Rural Majority Has Been Rather Slow With The PHA Reform Due To Multitude Of Reasons (For Which We Don't Have The Time & Space To Discuss Now). Equitable Healthcare Is About Identifying Gaps In The UHC System & Complementing It By Targeting Key Populations (Maternal & Child, PLWHIV, Psychiatric, People With Disability, GBV) & Improving Their Outcome Measures. Ideally We Would Want To Rollout UHC First Then Identify Gaps (Key Populations) To Close. But The Slow Progress With UHC Rollout Must NOT Hold Equitable Healthcare For Key Populations At Ransom. Wok Mas Go Yet Side By Side?????? Thankyou Health Department, The Health Minister & Secretary For Bringing The Curtains Down On The "Challenges" Faced At Laloki Psychiatric Hospital. We Need Services For This Key Population Of Our Country Going Forward ??????
