Her experience includes serving as a clinic director, area rehab director, and clinical & compliance specialist. Currently, she is the Director of Occupational Therapy Clinical Services, where she leads and supports clinical teams. Meredith is a recognized expert in dementia care, holding certifications from NCCDP and CPI, and is passionate about providing exceptional care for senior adults.
