Everybody, we're at the Crest and Duson, Louisiana, right outside Lafayette. We're doing an open house today, but we a lot of construction going on. We've got over 50 homes. That are constructed all these are three bed 2 bath. I've shown videos prior with a lot of the. The groundwork process being completed. Look at all these homes that are being developed. Every one of these will be a rental home. So we are treating this like a horizontal multifamily. So think of it like apartment community, but all laid out. They all have backyards over there. We've got our. Large playground there, dog parks. So super exciting here at the Crest. We expect to be complete really over the next five to six months and then we'll of course, you know continue the lease up. So just want to give you an update of what we're doing at the Crest.
