Now remember, there's a lot of phases of development. So in some cases, we can kind of condense those phases so that we've got certain investors that are getting in return the earlier that they come in and some investors that are getting a return, maybe a little bit lower return with less risk the later that they come in. So if you can think of the entire horizon from when you start the entitlement, that person who's investing in that should see a much higher return. And they potentially could even see somewhat of a capital event as refinances turned from your typical construction loan into a permanent loan as you're starting to stabilize cash flows.
