Celebrating and supporting women in construction ??♀?? With March also being Women’s History Month, it's fascinating to see the progress for gender equality in today’s workplace. Just a few stats according to the 2023 Bureau of Labor Statistics show: ? 47% of women make up today’s workforce (1940: 28%) ? 10.8% of women are in construction Breakdown of women in construction roles: - Sales and office roles: 36.1% - Management roles: 36.1% - Construction and maintenance roles: 24.6% - Transportation roles: 2% - Service roles: 1.2% Cheers, women!
