As we enter the season of giving, it’s a good time to reflect on what giving back truly means. My experience serving on various boards has taught me that giving extends beyond November and December and it goes beyond physical efforts. It’s about offering strategic input, lending credibility and growing through service. Giving back is an ongoing commitment that benefits not only the organizations we support but also ourselves as we learn and evolve through the experience.
