I ordered an Urban Monkey cap via their app, but it got delayed before my flight. Their platform has no cancellation option; you must wait for delivery to cancel! No COD either—only LazyPay. With LazyPay, interest starts adding up before you even receive the item, and refunds are slow. Even after canceling, LazyPay pressures you to pay. Both Urban Monkey and LazyPay make it hard to get your money back. Terrible service and poor customer experience.
