Anyone committed as deeply to chicky nuggies (or strips) must have a stance on their favorite brand AND favorite sauce. This one is high on our list (just ask our kids.) And... the brand enjoys the benefits of additional sales to fans at retail. 2. EYEBALLS ON BRAND. Yes, refrigerated sauces are genius, and not just because they create another purchase incident for customers. More importantly, they occupy loyal customer's coveted refrigerator space at eye level, every day... driving top-of-mind awareness and frequency of visits. 3. QUALITY CONTROL. Manufacturing sauces and seasonings will accomplish a number of things for any growing restaurant brand: quality control, reduced costs, labor efficiencies, bolt-on retail sales, etc. This is true in the back of the house (where it lives in 2 Gal jugs) AND in bottles forward-facing to consumers.
