Having just launched and closed the West Side Square Development Fund IPO in Q4 2023, securing the construction financing is a significant milestone for West Side Square as we continue to advance this development in Jersey City. ? Located in the Journal Square neighbourhood of Jersey City, New Jersey, West Side Square will add 477 rental units, and 9,800 square feet of commercial space to the community.
