?? Nate Dunning was just a freshman at Occidental College when he and his collegiate soccer teammate, Ethan Glass, set out to solve the problem of parking near the Los Angeles Coliseum. They started out as day-lease event parking operators who maximized revenue by listing parking spaces across as many third-party reservation platforms ("aggregators") as possible. To continue to scale the company, Nate led the creation of a reliable internal software tool that made managing multiple aggregators more efficient, prevented slippage and misuse, & saved hours of employee training. When COVID-19 hit, events stopped, and Nate and Ethan faced a choice: give up or see if their internal tool could benefit other parking operators. The founders chose to find out.
