As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, and maintaining employee records in the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).?You will work with supervisors and employees to ensure that data is entered timely and correctly.?In addition, this position performs payroll consulting duties by assisting with insurance benefits questions, retirement enrollments, and other relevant guidance for employees.
