On the topic of fraud in the MR space... we continue to see an evolution in the tools used by fraudsters.?They are highly sophisticated with little to no technical skills required, making it easier for the average fraudster to go unnoticed. Relying on the traditional MR fraud detection products that are heavily IP Address centric is not sufficient to catch the advancements.?The newer anti-detect suite of products (over 40 of them in the marketplace now) know how to circumvent them, including fooling advanced proxy detection.?With our latest release last month we continued our effort to target the fraud tool evolution with unique and innovative approaches in device fraud pattern recognition.?In our most recent competitive side-by-sides we are seeing up to a 12% improvement in fraud detection.?Would love to hear about challenges your facing and how we can improve your quality.

Fraud farms can cause huge damage. How can you stop them? These farms leverage a bunch of devices for fraud. If only there was a way to link them together ?? ?? Location intelligence ?? With really precise location data, you could see multiple devices all committing fraud from the same place. And you could proactively block all activity coming from that precise location, potentially preventing a lot of fraud. But you can’t just use any location data, like GPS or IP. Those aren’t precise enough to confidently block without creating uneccesary false positives. Incognia’s location intel has apartment-level accuracy, minimizing false positives.
