Johor Bahru Budget: Max RM9k As Lasing Executive focusing on the management and leasing of retail properties. Their duties include market available properties to potential tenants, handling all tenancy-related matters such as sourcing and securing tenants, and reviewing and negotiating tenancy agreements. They ensure all leasing documentation is in order and conduct market research to list current and future vacancies on relevant platforms. They also guide potential tenants on tours of each rental and are responsible for drafting and signing legally sound and detailed lease agreements. Their goal is to ensure that all spaces are rented under favorable terms and kept occupied by satisfied tenants. This role requires a combination of sales, customer service, and real estate knowledge. 1. Market Research: - Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, demand, and competition in the retail leasing sector. - Analyze market data to develop effective leasing strategies. 2.
