It's been a month now. My Bike is at Thane, Mumbai service centre. And your Service executives are so arrogant. Nobody is a genius to solve customers issues We can clearly see that they don't want to continue with your company. I have Ola S1 Pro. And as you claim my problem is also Pro. I am also suffering on pro level. Pro level pathetic Service. Pro level Anger towards Ola guys. I purchased a bike so that I can be able to reduce my traveling expenses. But I think TVS small bikes are more effective than Ola. I am your unhappy customer. And I am paying EMI for what I don't know. Bcoz my bike is not with me. Pathetic Bike. Pathetic Service. I'm also facing ola worst service. I ordered my ola scooter 17-Aug-2024 in Chennai Guindy Showroom. Still my scooter is not delivered. It's almost more than 40 days. I sent the cancellation request to ola support care on 5 th September 2024. Still ola customer Care is not initiate the cancellation process. Now the date is 29-Sep-2024 Ola company is eating the customer money without delivering their bike. Such a worst service system having in the bike industry. I have never seen this kind of system. Order ID: OET-796264900230724-SJI744 Bhavish Aggarwal please look into the issue first in the whole ola system. The Ola system is not user friendly and cancellation is not enabled in the showroom side also. The showroom manager is also saying that the cancellation system is not enabled on their side.

Ola Electric Ola Electric - Pathetic Service and Complete Lack of Customer Support. I am absolutely appalled by the pathetic service provided by Ola Electric . The experience has been a nightmare from the start, with no proper assistance, zero accountability, and shockingly poor customer support. Despite repeated efforts to get in touch and resolve ongoing issues with my electric scooter, I’ve received nothing but silence or half-hearted responses that lead nowhere. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of accountability and professionalism. I expected a lot more from a brand like #Ola, but the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. This kind of service is unacceptable for customers who rely on their products for daily commutes. Bhavish Aggarwal . This is an insult to paying customers who trusted you with their hard-earned money. Do your job Ola Electric, and provide the service you claim to offer! This level of incompetence is outrageous, and I won’t tolerate it any longer! I personally suggest don't belive Ola's Single word.Ola is no-1 fraud company. Before buying any scotter from ola please go through all social media handle and go thorough every comment everyone is frustrating for buying ola Scotter.

It looks like a paid campaign. Mr Bhavish has developed thick skin, which will keep him out of service issues and ground reality. Piled up scooters are waiting to hear from him in the ujala workshop at sarkhej. I admire him for selling just two seater immobile vehicles planned to stay ideal in workshops or in your parking. He has become Saint and no adverse situation on product front will disturb him. He will keep on sharing gyan. Shame on such low integrity and poor leadership.

Ola Electric Bhavish Aggarwal My scooter has been at the service center for over 35 days, just waiting for brake pads to be changed. Yet, the status shows it as 'delivered,' though I have no idea where. I've never been this frustrated in my life. It feels like I’ve been fooled and lost ?1.60 lakh. 3rd class service ever!!!... My vehicle is at their service center from last 6 months... they are saying battery is in approval stage... these ola people just fooling people... 3rd class vehicle... no wonder people burning their vehicle on roads... If my issue not resolve I'll take my vehicle and burn it... My area- Ola service center Beed by pass, Aurangabad Vehicle no-MH20GU4705 IF ola has some amount of shame left treat my vehicle ASAP!!

A big question should also be asked from journalists like Shradha Sharma who are involved in white washing some of the founders who cheat customers. Do they take money for such campaigns ? Why don't they ask specific questions about the terrible product quality and the life risks the product poses ?
