I just want to say I find it kind of odd that your entire staff of support does the exact same thing whether it's VIP or not they all have the exact same answer no matter what the problems are and nothing ever gets fixed. On top of that there is an email listed from y'all but when I attempt to email it says that it is an improper address. The more and more I look at things it seems like you're developed a plan to where people can work make you money and then you can get rid of them and just get somebody else and you all don't have to answer for anything. I truly hope that you get everything that you deserve like doing this to several people and you do realize that you are going to create a major catastrophe at some point because somebody was mental health is going to end up going through this and going off and it's going to be a lot of problems that you are going to have to answer for.

HI DOORDASH! I just got off the phone with JACKIE because you guys stole money from my son, and are now refusing to refund it to him. Mind you... HE'S A MINOR. He placed a 13 dollar order, of which you refunded 3 dollars even though he canceled his order through the restaurant AND through your system. After spending 2 days on the phone, we've been told there simply isn't a way in your system to refund this money. SO here is what ten dollars is worth in my time in frustration. You'll find this post on every single one of your social media platforms, your yelp, your google profile... and redundantly until I feel better about it, or until I'm 100% positive that I've cost you 100X ten dollars in marketing NICE TO SEE YOU ARE NOT ACCREDITED BY THE Better Business Bureau.
