This week, Assent?released our 2023 Corporate Sustainability Report.?The work embedded within this report is a really important reason why I choose Assent! TLDR? These are my 3 takeaways from it: DEI:?Reaching & surpassing a 1:1 ratio of women to men is a proud achievement, exceeding our targets. On this note - we were recently featured in United Nations Global Compact's newly launched Toolkit focused on Gender Equity Solutions: https://lnkd.in/gpN4swTn? Team Growth: Coaching, learning and curiosity have been important career values of mine. I became a leader early in my career and developed curiosity?for growth and progression through coaching in sport. We surpassed our baseline target this year in providing our team members with meaningful career paths resulting in more than 200 new job transitions (adventures!) internally. Team Prosperity:?This past year, our teams participated in community volunteering, engaged with our new ERGs and enhanced our collaborations with our global, hybrid teams through meaningful & social connections.?
