It's because sales are not just about closing a deal — it's about building a partnership that drives mutual success. Follow this perspective, and all parties will benefit. How to achieve this? ?? Dive deep into their true needs and aspirations. What challenges are they facing, and how can you be the solution they've been searching for? ?? Align their goals with your strengths and communicate that. Make your customer aware of how your expertise complements their vision for the future. ?? Respond to challenges. Avoiding strategy in troubleshooting is NOT your ally. Once you notice your customer's doubts or polite complaints, start working on improving that area. Show your customer that you're interested in maintaining high-quality performance — not only on pitch slides. ?? Analyze internally. Any approach works.
