Ingredients: For the Strawberry Syrup 1 pound sliced strawberries ? cup granulated sugar ? cup water For the Sangria 1 bottle (750 mL) Pinot Grigio or other dry white wine ? cup peach brandy 3 peaches sliced 1/2 pound strawberries sliced To Serve 1 liter club soda Mint Directions: First, make the simple syrup by placing the strawberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan set over medium heat. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the strawberries break down and the mixture thickens into a syrup. Next, strain the syrup using a small strainer set over a large pitcher.
