This is very exciting news, and one of the proudest moments in my three years at evee evee is now a certified B Corp! Today, my two worlds combine. As a B Consultant for the region, it was inevitable that evee would go down the path towards certification. But I didn't realise how much more I would learn along the way. It's a different experience to be on the client-side for once! I'm immensely proud of the culture that Slava Kozlovskii and I have created, and the positive impact that we're having as a business - using the B Corp framework to measure our impact and continuously push ourselves to have the best outcome for our team, communities and the planet. It's been a lot of work over the last 12 months, and it really has been a team effort. Special shout-outs to Vivien Friedrich and Louella Carr - our B Keepers! Who have immersed themselves in the impact world, creating ground-breaking policies that provide better equity for our team and help us show up as an environmental ally. Creating a framework for tracking the CO2 emissions we're saving through our service. And identifying which environmental charities we can support that share our mission. Other things which I'm immensely proud of that we have implemented during this process: - Menstrual Leave Policy, to support employees impacted by the symptoms of menstruation and menopause - Supplier Impact Survey, to track and improve the impact and diverse ownership of our supply chain - Learning & Development budget for all staff, to continue our investment in their growth - Compassionate Leave Policy that includes companion animals, as “family” may look different for some people - Flexible work hours to accommodate our team’s lives outside of work & our different working styles - Offsetting our company’s carbon emissions with trace to become a carbon neutral organisation And this is only the beginning. We are committed to improving our impact year on year. And we won't stop until we meet our vision of a world powered by Net Zero transport.
