Im truly excited about the impact empowHER is making. It's been four months since the platform launched, and while I often find myself thinking "do more, do more," my primary focus remains creating space for women in business. Last night was a special moment as I partnered with my dear friend and talented NY real estate agent, Lindsay Coleman. Together, we brought together a group of 30 women in a stunning NY penthouse to emphasize the importance of financial literacy and real estate investment. We were privileged to host Kirsten Jordan who leads the Kirsten Jordan Team team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, for an insightful panel discussion. With over 15 years of expertise in real estate, her insights were incredibly valuable. A big thank you also goes to Angelika Jones from Citi Bank, who provided valuable insights into lending and the mortgage approval process. It’s ok to say no, that does not show weakness 2. You are your investment - invest the money you make in your future 3. Educate yourself, understanding your finances can be intimidating but will allow you to achieve your goals 4. Investing in real estate will bring you passive income, tax benefits and appreciation over time
