Attention Recruiters and Talent Acquisition professionals in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Life Sciences industries, I need your insight. I often speak with talented and motivated business students who aspire to start their career in healthcare sales following graduation. However, as many of you know, field-based positions in Life Science sales typically require B2B or other sales experience prior to entry. That being said, I have come across a few companies that are open to hiring high quality graduates for associate roles or opportunities to develop graduates in commercial roles. So my question is: Are there any Life Science companies currently hiring undergraduates? If you have any knowledge or experience with companies that have a history of interviewing and hiring high skilled college graduates, please share your insights with me. I would like to be able to direct qualified students to explore and network with those organizations. Let's help the next generation of healthcare sales professionals succeed. Thank you in advance for your help!

?? Ready for your next engineering role? Here are my top 5 tips for candidates interviewing for positions in Medical Device manufacturing companies: 1. **Know the Regulations** ? Medical Device manufacturing is heavily regulated. Familiarise yourself with ISO 13485 and FDA requirements. Showing that you understand these standards can set you apart. 2. **Highlight Problem-Solving Skills** ? Employers value engineers who can think on their feet. Share specific examples where you've tackled complex problems and delivered results. This demonstrates your ability to handle the challenges of the role. 3. **Understand the Company's Products** ? Do your homework on the company's product lines. Being able to discuss their products intelligently shows your genuine interest and can help you connect better with the interviewers. 4. **Showcase Teamwork and Communication** ? Engineering roles often require collaboration. Highlight your experience working in teams and your ability to communicate effectively with different departments. This is crucial in a multidisciplinary field like Medical Devices. 5. **Prepare for Technical Questions** ? Be ready to dive into technical details. ??Excited to be connected to 11,000 of you here on LinkedIn!?? As I continue to build my network through the LinkedIn community, I think it makes sense to remind everyone of what I do and how I can help. I specialize in partnering with startup to mid-size sponsored Life Sciences companies to help identify talent for their hiring burdens. ??My clients are a mix of sponsored Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Devices companies.? ??I work in a 180 recruitment model, which means I drive client relationships with a specialized recruitment team who are vertically aligned from preclinical development to commercial expertise.? ??I started recruiting in Boston pre pandemic, it's where the majority of my connections began, many of the clients I work with are now dispersed amongst the United States (MA, CA, NJ, etc.). ??My job is to make the hiring process seamless/streamlined for the client and candidate. I work in tandem with HR/Talent teams and Hiring Managers to help find the right fit for their hiring needs. What I've learned over the course of my career is recruiting is about the gray. We are in the business of people and career matching, I take pride in helping people make life changing decisions like taking a new job. The most rewarding part of this job is the fact I get to work alongside companies who discover drugs and devices to improve the quality of peoples lives.??? Looking forward to continuing this line of work, and I appreciate you all for being a part of my network. #lifesciences #recruitment
