If you know me well, you know I’m always fangirling over Mr. Josh D'Amaro (aka future CEO of Disney ?). In this video, he talks about how leadership is more important than ever. He shares his insights on being an inspiring leader who is essential for leading the team through boundless future and growth. Here are a few key points that resonated with me: 1. How you hold yourself matters: It’s how you say certain things and the way you carry yourself. If you do that, others will follow—that’s true leadership. 2. Treat your employees as you would a family member: Engage with them and show vulnerability. Building authentic connections is key. 3. Credibility is built over time. Simply holding a position of power isn’t effective—it’s about earning trust and respect over time. 4.
