Despite my lack of posts on LinkedIn over the past 3 months, the passions that drove me to post so often previously have not let up and I have been working a bit more quietly this year as I attempt to tackle a multitude of professional and personal goals that I am being given the ability to impact with the trust based relationships we are generating at Jackson Control around large portfolios across the country. Without giving any details on specific customers the dreams I am after are: 1. Increase the authority of facility operators within building portfolios. 2. Transition funding from energy studies and into energy remediation using in-house teams. 3. Increase the number of individuals with access to careers in the IoT/controls space and high paying career ops. 4. Continue promoting the value of data and help to show that digital transformation is not just 3d graphic models but digital data models created by THEIR own data. 5. Promote the incoming value of Generative AI in our field and across various industries with too many use cases to count. 6. Show the growing reliability of wireless technology and the ways it can make data aggregation and utilization more widely available. 7. Prove the efficacy of the 4S strategy for sustainability and the reality of how much work it is to maintain the simple concepts of efficiency. 8. Work with utility providers to create incentive and rebate program opportunities that lead to direct energy reduction but have been overlooked like replacing failed VFD's at no cost. 9. Draw portfolio leaders together in conversation to help understand where challenges are presented and how they are overcome at various verticals with similar issues. 10. Introduce technology to the operators ahead of the owners to keep them from being the "last to know" about tech they will own and operate over a lifetime. I figured I can stop at 10 because I am exhausted just thinking about what I just typed while at the same time being excited about the progress! Here's my task 2 : To develop a program that converts temperature from Fahrenheit to Celsius and vice versa , as a virtual internship with TechnoHacks EduTech Official and with Sandip Gavit as my mentor.

Month two has been so fun and I've continued to learn so much. Some things I've done this month are continue to grow relationships with these wonderful kids and learn how to properly help a kid relax when getting worked up over a certain situation. This is the room I get to work and learn out of. This internship has shown me how important being patient for kids' learning is. Hello connections, It's been a wonderful and enlightening hackathon session (07), which I attended on 2nd June'24, led by Mr. Umesh Yadav, sir. The principal insights of this session are to crack a PPO and endure in the marketplace. in order to start to gain experience from an internship, which plays a crucial role in grabbing a PPO. On the 1st day of the internship with my lovely girls, they're clever and smart. 1- We discussed what CEFR is. 2- What are common teaching terminologies? 3- How can we create a lesson plan and set simple adjectives? 4- How do we deliver a demo? 5- What are some different activities for the beginning of a lesson? 6- We did some icebreaker activities. And they had some simple assignments to do ????

?? Task 2 Completed: Number Guessing Game Hello everyone! Recently I successfully completed Task 2 of my internship project at Pinnacle Labs ?? What Does It Do? The program generates a random number between 1 and 100, and then prompts the user to guess the number. It provides feedback if the guess is too high or too low and continues until the user guesses the correct number. Finally, it displays the correct answer and the number of guesses it took.

This was a part of my Machine Learning Internship with Mentorness where I had to build a system that could Forecast the sales of Furniture and here I'm attaching the presentation.

This past week has been so fun at my internship! we had a valentine’s party and had lots of treats! The students had free time this past friday, and one if my little 1st graders drew a picture of me and him! This internship has truly shown me how important learning skills like drawing and handwriting is.
