This event aims to bring together scholars, artists, practitioners, and creativity enthusiasts from diverse backgrounds to engage in interdisciplinary dialogue, exchange ideas, and deepen our understanding of the multifaceted relationship between art and storytelling. From cave paintings to contemporary digital media, artists have used various mediums and techniques to convey narratives, evoke emotions, challenge perspectives, and provoke thought. So today begins a new chapter. Many little projects will be happening over the next few months. First step, reconnecting with my artistic roots as a digital artists and venturing into other mediums. First piece - Digital Creation - ‘What do you see?’

In between less interesting things, recently I've been learning about the theory behind all creative processes, and a a few days ago came across a book published earlier this year that almost sums it up: The Work of Art: How Something Comes from Nothing by Mr. Adam Moss. It's based on a series of conversations with people who either create art itself or work in fields that involve creativity, even if it might not seem that way at first glance. The book features both well-known and lesser-known artists, writers, composers, photographers or architects, alongside people who design the cover or create puzzles for the New York Times, or even make salads and burgers (and to be honest, I ordered one just as I finished reading that chapter). They all go through one simple yet incredibly complex thing: how creativity happens in particular. They dive into the process, the search for inspiration, the moment ideas spark, and sometimes, a bit of divine luck. And that is fascinating. Normally, I like to pull out a few quotes from a book to sum it up, but this one doesn’t need it. Not to mention, it is designed by, no less, Pentagram itself. Just wow.
