Nobody from the top-down is coming to save us. I truly believe this. But, I'm okay with it. Our country has a rich history of bottom-up leadership. At the heart of our nation are communities. They are the lifeblood of social capital and human connection. We need to only look to our communities for answers on how to navigate these low-trust times of Churn we live in.
