Big changes are happening in Charlotte! Our crew is making serious progress on the OMB Office Renovation—a 14,000+ SF project with BenCo Construction. This one called for some creative problem-solving. Since it’s a renovation, we brought in Maxxon Corporation solutions for a turnkey approach. We poured and sealed trenches with concrete and Isolate, used Maxxon Profile to prep the surface, and applied Maxxon Isolate for moisture mitigation on the existing slab. To top it off, Level EZ went down across the project to create a smooth, level surface for the final flooring.
