That's why last year, we launched our Women's Mentoring Programme - to provide a space for women in our organisation to accelerate their personal and professional development. ? Over the past year, mentees and mentors have engaged in meaningful conversations and tackled challenges together. From gaining leadership insights to balancing work and education, the impact has been incredible.? ? As we celebrate International Women's Day, we recognise the importance of taking action - both individually and collectively - to drive progress. Our mentoring programme is just one of the many learning opportunities we offer to support the career growth and development of all our employees.
