Women Leaders in Tech Outpace Men Counterparts in Generative AI Adoption The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) report reveals that women in the tech industry are adopting Generative AI (GenAI) tools at similar or slightly higher rates than their male counterparts. The report is based on a survey of over 6,500 employees across five countries. While women have historically been slower to adopt new technologies, they now appear to be on par or leading in GenAI usage, with 68% of women using GenAI tools more than once a week, compared to 66% of men.
