Regarding tracking of PAM: The biggest issue I’ve found is helping people even understand the difference between PAM and password vaults. The two are intermingled like they are one in the same and they arent. I can write usable/decent password vault in a day or two. I wouldn’t dare write a true PAM solution. That nuance sometimes gets lost in discussions with non IAM folks.
