I've always believed in the power of feedback. At Merit America, we make it a point to offer feedback calls to candidates who reach the panel interview stage. We recognize the time and effort candidates invest in our process, and we want to honor that by providing insights that can help them grow. That is amazing you are offering feedback to people who make it to that stage! Who is sharing it - the hiring manager or recruitment team?

This is an incredible example of professional courtesy and a commitment to candidate development. Offering feedback is a valuable investment in the future talent pool. This approach undoubtedly strengthens your company's reputation as an employer of choice.

I love that you do that for candidates because they are often wondering what they can improve upon for next time. I've asked many prospective employers for feedback after not getting positions but only a handful have given it to me.
