I have never posted on Linkedin, but I think NOW I should, better than insta or fb. They say, "your network is your net-worth" and I never tried to realize the potential of Linkedin in sync with this saying. So lets start the first post with updated bio, a short story. ______________________________ Right after graduating as a Civil Engineer in 2019, COVID-19 showed up, flipping the world—and my career plans—on its head. Suddenly, I was stuck at home, staring at my laptop, wondering, “Now what?” Enter the world of e-commerce, a field I had no prior experience in but decided to dive into headfirst. My first gig? Helping a Canadian client launch a pet accessories brand on Amazon. I didn’t know much about cats or their fascination with laser pointers, but I figured it out. Soon, I was launching brands across the UK, USA, and Canada, crafting product listings, managing campaigns, and learning what customers truly wanted. It was rewarding, but I knew I wasn’t done exploring. Then came a surprising turn: freight dispatching in the USA. What started as a sales role quickly turned into managing shipments and negotiating deals with truckers. Let me tell you, no two days were the same. One day, I was coordinating a load to Chicago, and the next, I was trying to calm a driver who went 50 miles off route because GPS was glitching. After calming him down and rerouting him, I realized that logistics isn’t just about moving goods—it’s about navigating human emotions too. Freight dispatching taught me the art of problem-solving under pressure. Every shipment was a challenge, every driver a puzzle. Through all the chaos, I discovered something profound: humans don’t just buy services—they buy trust. Whether it’s a truckload of goods or a solution to a customer’s problem, people want to feel understood. This realization became my guiding principle. Fast forward to today, and I’m working as a Customer Success Analyst for a UK-based e-commerce marketplace. My role involves helping customers find what they need, analyzing the trends and gaps, fixing what’s broken and making sure they leave with a smile—or at least without wanting to throw their laptop out the window Through all these experiences, one thing became clear: data and analytics are at the heart of every solution. I saw firsthand how understanding and leveraging data creates efficiency and value. This realization has sparked my transition and interest towards the field of AI. Data is indeed the gold of today and in the upcoming posts we would be exploring the importance of data analytics more in the age of intelligence, where its artificial now or as it seems. My journey has been a mix of comedy, drama, and the occasional thriller. I’ve learned to think on my feet, tackle challenges head-on, and laugh when things go sideways (because, let’s be honest, sometimes they do). So, what’s next? As I look ahead, I’m excited for the next chapters—wherever it might take me. #LetsConnect
