The products are both catalog & application specific, predominantly for Industrial & Automotive markets.About the Job:You will get an opportunity to lead and showcase your analog domain expertise, and build an in-depth understanding through innovation in design and layout to create leading edge products while striking the right balance needed.You will get to own complete products with end to end responsibilities, right from working with the systems team to analyse product feasibility, architecting and design, to its delivery for production. This is a role where there is scope to exhibit leadership, technical expertise and mentoring skills.Job Expectations:Circuit designs involving high speed, high precision, high current delivery, low noise, low powerOwnership of full chip design, layout & DV activities including technical ownership as well as schedule planning and tracking.Owning design reviews and create necessary design, verification and product documentationDeveloping circuit architecture for the chip starting from datasheet/system specifications; Work closely with systems teams to review / close spec gaps as they ariseSupporting Validation & Apps team to model interaction of passive components & board parasiticsSupporting the ATE test with test plan, schematic and layout verification.Participating hands-on in Silicon Debug, assisting in characterization and qual support.Driving new and improved methodologies where needed, work with the EDA team to upgrade tools and flowsMentoring technical and execution aspects to younger engineersBasic Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's Degree in EEExperience : 4-15 yearsExpected Skill Set:Good Analog Fundamentals and problem solving with in-depth knowledge of analog mixed-signal concepts like mismatch mitigation, linearity, stability, low-power and low-noise techniques.Solid understanding and experience of designing linear circuit blocks including Bandgap, biasing circuits, LDO regulators, amplifiers, comparatorsExperience in handling the complexities of full chip level, including aspects such as IOs, ESD & Memory.Experience in silicon debug, reviewing analog block as well as full chip layouts
