I am thrilled to announce that I just completed a course on the "Introduction to Infectious Disease Modelling using R" from the @EQUATIONS OF DISEASE platform. the course gave an overview of 1. what assumptions different epidemic models make about infection 2. How to implement ordinary differential equations (ODE) models in R 3. How to read and write ODE for epidemics, and 4. The concept of the basic and Effective Reproduction number.
