It was at this point I really felt it. We at Greene King have been supporting the Lionesses and Womens Football for 5 years. Showing almost every game - getting moaned at. We have carried on because that is what you do when you want to create a change. People said we were mad that no one would come to pubs to watch Womens Football. But they did and I could not be more delighted for the team - it’s beyond football. It’s a game changer for women and sport. It’s absolutely Wonderful ???????? great job from our Sports Brand team, Marketing teams and of course….our brilliant pubs!
