This morning I was stuck in traffic on my way to Denver for a job. I looked around and was amazed at how many other drivers on the road were panicked, in such a rush, and just angry. I took many valuable lessons from what I saw. 1. The obvious, if you have somewhere to be, leave early enough to plan for contingencies and give yourself enough time to be where you are supposed to be when you are supposed to be there. 2. People waste so much time and see things so negative. While I was stuck in traffic I learned something from a business podcast, spoke with my business partner about our daily tasks lists, brainstormed ideas for the business, and most of all was thankful for the opportunity to have more time to get some things done and prioritized before my time is consumed for the day.
