Disadvantages: High cost and unsafe. Mechanical rust removal: Use mechanical equipment or tools to scrape, grind or sandblast the wire rod on the galvanized steel wire to remove surface oxides, rust and dirt. Advantages: Low cost Disadvantages: Cause a certain degree of corrosion on the wire surface, affecting the quality of subsequent galvanizing. Purpose: Provide pre-treated wire rods for the galvanizing process.
