I’m not the CEO, I’m the Chief Repeating Officer. As a founder you should be constantly repeating yourself. What you are repeating: ?? Your company mission ?? Your personal values ?? The problem you solve Who you repeat it to: ?? Your team? ?? Prospects ?? Customers ?? Partners ?? Anyone who will listen ?? Over and over again, ad nauseum like a broken record While it might be seem bothersome, it’s actually an opportunity. To make it crystal clear why you do what you do, who you do it for, and what you do. It’s really critical to it all back to the WHY.? ?? Why this feature exists ?? Why are we making this hire ?? Why are we going to this conference When your team connects to your why and your vision, it motivates them to do their best. When your customers connect to that why, it inspires them to do better and pulls them into your brand and solution. It’s a critical responsibility of the CEO. You are the evangelist AKA Chief Repeating Officer. You see me doing this all the time here on Linkedin.? But I spend way more time on it internally and with our buyers.
